Important: include your account number on ALL payments

Balances: Zego, the online payment system, does not show current balances. Please refer to your latest statement/correspondence or email [email protected] for your current balance.

Money is tight, what are my options with paying my assessment?

Please email the Assessment Manager, Raquel Swa, [email protected], with your name, property address and request, and she will respond with some options based on your situation. Please allow 36 hours for a response.

We will work with all homeowners and their situations.  The key is to keep us informed and not ignore the reminder late letters.

Once the account has been sent to our attorney’s for collection, you will need to reach out to their office, Winzenburg, Leff, Purvis, & Payne, 303.863.1870.

Note: Assessments may be paid online with Zego using a computer. Currently, paying via mobile device is not available.
