New HRCA General Manager

On Monday, April 4, HRCA announced that the Board of Directors has hired Mike Bailey as the new General Manager for the HRCA. “The Board voted unanimously in favor to bring Mike on board as the new General Manager. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge about the organization and community to this leadership role. We are confident in his abilities to lead HRCA.” said Jim Allen, Board President.

Bailey was appointed as the interim General Manager when the former General Manager resigned. He has been with the HRCA for over 15 years as the Director of Community Improvement Service.

“Mike’s extensive knowledge of the HRCA, and in particular the Community Declaration, Bylaws and policy compliance, made the transition from interim to permanent an easy decision. And going forth, appointing him the General Manager gives us the advantage to carry this organization into the future with no interruption,” said Allen.

“I am grateful for the opportunities afforded me at the HRCA, and I am excited to embark on new challenges as the General Manager to bring our organization into the future,” said Bailey.

The HRCA is looking forward to continuing excellent programming and amenities under Mike's new leadership.
