The HRCA's Learn to Swim staff understands that you may have questions and we’re here to answer all of them. We want you to trust us to take care of your child as they learn to swim. We hope that the answers we provide to the following FAQs offer all of the information you need, but if not, please ask.

What are HRCA's Inclement Weather, Class Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policies?

  • Inclement Weather: 
    For any changes in schedules due to weather, please check the HRCA website home page or call 303-471-8867. There are no refunds or make-up lessons. 
     
  • HRCA Refund & Transfer Policy:
    To cancel a class call 303-791-2500 (ext. 0) or the Program Coordinator. All refunds are charged a $5 processing fee. Refunds and class transfers must be requested at least five business days prior to the beginning of the class. Refunds are issued back to the participant in the original tender. Refunds are not issued for inclement weather, if less than five days before the start of the class, or for ticketed events.
