What is Next Step After Swim Lessons?

Try Intro to Seahawks

Intro to Seahawks (Ages 6-14)

This program is a great fit for swimmers who are interested in progressing to Seahawks Drill Academy, or are looking for a new challenge beyond group swim lessons. This four-week program combines the fun and hands-on approach of swim lessons with the structure and technique-focus of coached programs. Swimmers are prepared for Seahawks Drill Academy by building endurance and focusing on technique with all four strokes, with an emphasis on freestyle and backstroke, with an introduction to timed sets and swimming terminology.

To participate in this program swimmers must be able to swim a continuous 25 yards of freestyle with side (lateral) breathing, and 25 yards of backstroke with proper technique to enroll. Swimmers will be evaluated on the first day and divided into groups based on ability.

To enroll select the School Age Swim Lesson Activity Link below, or click Intro to Seahawks. For additional information call 303-471-8867 or email

Infant Swim Resource (ISR)

(Ages 6 months - 3 years) Classes Fill Quickly - Call Now to Reserve Your Spot

Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) lesson experience is a comprehensive four-six week program where each lesson is customized for the infant or child as they are safely guided through the learning process.

ISR integrates swimming skills that are developmentally appropriate for young children, teaching them to save their own lives, while building the confidence that can lead to a lifetime of fun in and around the water. For more than 40 years, ISR has successfully provided self-rescue skills training to more than 175,000 infants and young children with a 100 percent safety record.

  • Six months to 12 months - Infants learn to hold their breath under water, roll onto their backs and float unassisted. Once skilled, infants practice these techniques in several types of clothing, diapers, shoes, socks and all!

  • One year to 3 years old - Toddlers learn how to hold their breath underwater, swim with their head down and eyes open, roll onto their back to float, rest, and breathe, and roll back over to resume swimming until they reach the side of the pool and can crawl out.
