What is HRCA's Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy

  • Child Is Sick? Please be considerate of other participants. Do not bring your child to lessons if they do not feel well. There are no credits or make-up lessons for missed classes.
  • Inclement Weather? For any changes in schedules due to weather, call 303-471-8867 or visit www.hrcaonline.org. The phone greeting will be updated if changes occur. There are no refunds or make-up lessons.
  • To cancel a class call 303-471-8942 or email [email protected]. All refunds are charged a $5 processing fee. Refunds and class transfers must be requested at least five business days prior to the beginning of the class. Refunds are issued back to the participant in the original tender. Refunds are not issued for inclement weather or for ticketed events.
