Coached Swimming - Youth

We're here to challenge and support competitive swimmers as they advance at their own pace. Students new to competitive swimming are encouraged to enroll in Seahawks Intro. More advanced swimmers can be challenged along the way with Seahawks Intermediate, Juniors, and Elites or improve specific skills with our Coached Clinics.

Key Coached Swimming – Youth Information

  • Consistency: all coaches follow the same stroke progressions to maintain consistency throughout the programs
  • Communication: verbal feedback is provided during all programs.  Seahawks Intro, Intermediates, Juniors, and Seniors receive written report cards at the end of every session. 

  • We are working diligently to provide a clean, safe environment for you, but with all things related to COVID-19 there is inherent risk. It is up to you to choose to use the HRCA amenities, knowing that you assume risk when gathering with other people and visiting other facilities.
