This program will develop the skills of beginning to advanced wheelchair tennis players, placing an emphasis on shot production, mobility and tactics.
Adult lessons will be taught using the NTRP Rating Categories, with the exception of beginners. Beginning tennis lessons are designated “Beginner.” Beginner Adv. Beginner Level 2.5 Level 3.0
Adult Drill Class
Drills are a great workout with less personalized instruction and a great resource for the Highlands Ranch newcomer who wants to meet players. Drills are held at the Recreation Center at Northridge, Tennis Pavilion. Drills include Level 2.5, Level 3.0, Level 3.5, Level 4.0, Level 4.5, and Cardio.
Adult Drill Play
The first half of class is spent working on a specific stroke or strategy. The second half is spent using the new concept.
Sign up with your partner and keep your game sharp over the winter! Players may not play down an NTRP level. Teams need to have at least one player at the appropriate NTRP level.
The HRCA will be hosting several tennis socials. Come meet and play with new and old friends. Bring your racquet and something to share.
