Peak Athletics Trampoline & Tumbling 

Trampoline & Tumbling is a gymnastics-based sport consisting of a wide range of high flying skills on the trampoline, and gymnastics tumbling on a specialized tumbling floor. Peak offers recreational Trampoline & Tumbling classes ranging from beginning to advanced, as well as a competitive team for athletes who are ready to take their training to the next level.

  • What to Wear: comfortable, loose-fitting clothing; jeans restrict movement and tights tend to make children slip. Bare feet and ponytails encouraged.
