Individual Personal Training
Our nationally certified Personal Trainers are excited to get you started with a personal training program. By creating a unique and effective exercise program, our trainers will help you look and feel better. Whether you are looking to shed pounds, tone muscle or increase strength and flexibility, our highly qualified trainers are motivated to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Small Group Personal Training Classes
Small Group Personal Training allows members and guests to work economically with a personal trainer while gaining knowledge of the weight room. Classes meet one time per week for four weeks.
Advanced registration and a signed fitness waiver are required. All Small Group Personal Training Classes meet at the Equipment Desk at respective facilities. Classes must meet a minimum of four participants three days prior to new session.
