Aqua Fitness

Aqua Fitness is a great alternative, or addition, to 'land' exercise. HRCA Aqua classes focus on aerobic endurance and resistance training in an enjoyable atmosphere. These low-impact but high-intensity classes are great for those with frequent joint pain. 

Aqua Fitness Class Descriptions

Senior Aqua Fitness: This class will help you reach your fitness goals by performing fun and energizing low-impact water exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, range of motion, and endurance. All levels are welcome.

Aqua Extreme: Love a hard workout but want something that is more bone and joint-friendly? Change up your cardio routine and tone your muscles by working against the resistance of the water. Join this combo class of high-intensity cardio with muscle toning.

Aqua Fit and Flex: Come kick, jab, run, play, and get fit in this moderate intensity, full-body workout. Using the resistance of the water and the challenge of the current to improve participants' strength, mobility, flexibility, and endurance all while minimizing the impact on the body.
