Group Fitness Classes

HRCA Fitness offers over 100 group fitness classes weekly! Classes include Cardio, Strength, Mind-Body (Pilates, PIYO, NIA, and Barre), Zumba, STRONG Nation, Indoor Cycling, Aqua workouts, and more. These fun and affordable classes, taught by nationally certified fitness instructors, are designed to promote health and fitness for all ability levels; for age 13+.

Important Class Cancellation Information:

  • To cancel a class: please email [email protected]
  • Classes must canceled 5 hours prior to class. Any time less than that you will be charged.
  • No shows or late cancelations will be charged (either punches removed or a day taken off annual or 30-day passes).
