Important Drop-in Fitness Class Reservation Information

  • All classes are released to register on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. for the following Monday-Sunday.
  • Choose your class under “drop-in fitness” and the class format for which you wish to register.
  • Anyone with a reservation who does cancel and does not show up for a class will be charged. Annual and Monthly Pass holder's will be docked a day from their expiration date if no call/no show for class. To cancel a reservation, email [email protected] Cancellations MUST be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged. 
  • Schedules are subject to change. Always check the website for the most up-to-date schedule.

Cardio, Weight Room, and Circuit Areas are open BY RESERVATION ONLY 
- All nursery's are closes at this time.

Covid-19 Fitness Class Safety Protocol

  • Capacity: There will be a limited capacity on all classes. Room capacity is based on square footage.
  • First-come, first-serve: We encourage participants to arrive 15 minutes before your class.
  • Schedule: See our online fitness schedule. The schedule is online only and updated in real-time.
  • Equipment:
    - Classes will be programmed to use very little equipment initially, as well as not sharing equipment. 
    - Participants will spray and wipe down their equipment after use to eliminate multiple-person touch points. 
  • What to Bring:
    - Participants must bring their own water bottles.
    - Your own yoga mat if you have one.
  • Space:
    - We have taped off spots in each studio to ensure appropriate distance in classes.
    ​- Doors will remain open during classes for increased circulation.
