Key Drop-in Fitness Class Information

  • Passes: classes require a punch card or a daily, monthly, or annual pass
  • Fitness punch-cards: expire six months from date of purchase
  • Age: 13 years or older
  • Latecomers: not allowed in if arrivial is 5 minutes or more after class has started.

Class Descriptions

Nia: Experience the "Joy of Movement". A low impact dance aerobics class that blends the freedom of Dance and precision of Martial Arts.

Sunrise Pilates: Energize your morning by toning, strengthening, and improving postural muscles: back, hips, and abdominals.  Great for all abilities.

Pilates: Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Barre Sculpt: This class includes isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Expect to strengthen and lengthen muscles and experience targeted core work.

PIYO Live by Beachbody: Define Every Inch of Your Body! Sweat, stretch, and strengthen in one low-impact, body-sculpting workout. PiYo LIVE cranks up the intensity and speed of traditional Pilates and yoga to help you shape sleep arms, flat abs, and a lifted butt. By Beachbody!

Barre Flow: A barefoot training flow-style barre format from center of room using leg power, ballet inspired arm positions & light weight/resistance intervals. Finish with mat Pilates inspired core strengthening exercise.  

Barre Conditioning: This class consists of isometric movements along with stretching to develop muscle strength and muscle length.

PIYO: The combination on Pilates and yoga, focusing on muscular strength and toning. Great for all fitness levels.

POP Pilates: POP Pilates presents a fusion of ab-chiseling, total-body-defining moves choreographed to everyone’s favorite Top 40 hits. This intense, mat-based workout is for people of all ages and fitness levels. Great for improving posture, sculpting a strong core, and building total body strength while increasing flexibility.
