Indoor Cycling

Your cycling instructor will guide you through a highly effective cardio and strength workout. You'll ride a stationary bike to the beat of the music while building overall lower body strength and endurance. 

Stages Studio is now offered in every cycling class! Stages Studio offers customized statistics and real-time feedback to help you improve your ride and overall fitness level. Each rider works to their individualized fitness level while enjoying the motivating group environment. Class is guided through power training zones.

Cycle Class Descriptions

Cycle: Simulates a variety of terrain: hills, flats, sprints, jumps and recovery. Improve endurance and lower body strength. This class remains on the bike for the full 60 minutes of class. 

Cycle Strength: An indoor cycle class combined with strength style intervals off the bike, designed to give you a cardio and strength workout in 60 minutes. The exercises will include options for level of impact and level of intensity. The first half of class will take place on the bike followed by the last half off the bike for strength training.
