To cancel a class call 303-471-8858 or the Program Coordinator. All refunds are charged a $5 processing fee. Refunds and class transfers must be requested at least five business days prior to the beginning of the class. Refunds are typically issued back to the participant in the original tender. Refunds are not issued for inclement weather or for ticketed events.

How do I cancel a transaction?
All cancellations and refunds (if applicable) must be approved by a supervisor. All chip credit cards must be refunded in person at any facility with the original card.
You may store your credit card information online (in the finance section of your client profile) to alleviate any return trips to the facility.
