Are all ZONE classes the same format?

All ZONE classes at Southridge are 45 minutes and circuit-style training. The exercises will vary dependent upon instructor. The ZONE classes at Westridge will consist of full-body, high-intensity workouts using some strength equipment, TRX, and spin bikes.
