About Holly

Fitness has always played a major role in my life, and to be able to help others on their fitness journey is one of my greatest joys.  I believe that fitness can and should be fun, so I take time to develop fitness programs for individuals that include what they enjoy doing and that will challenge them to reach their goals.  My hope for everyone I train with is that they not only achieve their immediate goals, but that fitness becomes an enjoyable and rewarding part of everyone’s daily life.  To me, being physically fit means way more than a six pack, or being able to run a marathon, it’s about allowing people to do all the things they want to, no matter what stage of life you are in – travel, hike with friends, ski with kids, chase grandchildren, run a marathon – or anything else you want to do. In addition to working with others on their fitness journey, I am an avid runner and I love spending time with my two boys and husband.
