Golfer Registration Form

Join us on Thursday, June 27, for the HRCA Golf Tournament! 

Tournament Players

• All participants will enjoy 18 holes of golf, lunch, drinks, and prizes.
• The format is a four-person scramble. You may bring your own team.
• Registration opens in March; the deadline is June 14 or until the tournament fills.
• Cost: $145 per golfer.
