Room Rental Process

Reservations are confirmed when contract is completed and payment is received.

The Details:

  • A security deposit is required for the following: Backcountry Room $300, Butte/Cliffs $200, Auditorium $500.

  • Full Day rental is six hours.

  • All set-up and clean-up must occur during the use period. Failure to complete clean-up and vacate the premises by the end of the use period will result in additional charges. See Facility Use Regulations.

  • A $10.00 flat fee for tables and chairs is required for most rooms.

  • For the Auditorium: $50 flat fee for unlimited round table/red chair set up or $10 flat fee for unlimited rectangle table/black chair set up.

  • If you wish to use the pool please book an HRCA Pool Party.
