Art Camp: Backcountry Creators

Everyone sees nature’s beauty through their own lens. Now your artist (no experience needed) can turn their vision into a work of art using all kinds of mediums from painting to sculpture to metal work and more. Excursions to unique Backcountry destinations will provide access to the perfect outdoor studio.


  • Ages 7-10, entering 2nd-5th grade
  • 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Variety of different mediums each session
  • Age appropriate projects
  • Counselor camper ratio is 1:6
  • Before and After Care and Camp Shuttle available

Mon 6/24 - Fri 6/28
A Brush with Nature
Discover the budding artist in you as we paint many different pieces, both made from and inspired by nature. We’ll create potato prints, experiment with watercolors, make paintbrushes out of natural materials, and even paint with mud.

Session 8

Mon 7/15 - Fri 7/19
The Art of Nature
Let your creativity and imagination run wild as we paint with berries, mold animals from clay, build land-art pieces, and find artistic inspiration for our next masterpiece in the heart of the Backcountry. The forest is our canvas!
