Learn about the fundamental principles of saké production, the main styles of saké, and the best ways to select, serve, and taste saké! At the end of the lesson you will have the option to follow your instructors in creating your very own Strawberry Sno-jito saké cocktail.
*Be sure to refrigerate your Saké before class - we are tasting premium Saké, which is almost always served chilled.
