Jill F. Schramm, DNP, FNP-C, BC-ADM, CDCES, is a highly experienced clinician, educator, and leader in the field of diabetes care and management. With over 20 years of practice, she is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado's Department of Medicine, specializing in endocrinology and diabetes care. Jill holds multiple certifications, including Board Certification in Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM) and as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). She has led clinical programs in diabetes management and chronic care, and has a proven track record of developing innovative approaches to care, such as group medical appointments and the use of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring systems. Jill is also a seasoned speaker with extensive experience presenting at national conferences and workshops on topics such as diabetes technology, clinical decision-making, and interprofessional care. Her passion for mentoring and leadership in healthcare has earned her numerous awards, including the prestigious Daisy Award for Extraordinary Nursing Faculty.
