Treat yourself to entertainment close to home with this series of four professional performances brought to Highlands Ranch. This series features a variety of shows which have widespread appeal and are full of fun, and family entertainment. 

January 11 - Lamont Jazz Orchestra

Join us as the award-winning Lamont Jazz Orchestra returns for their second year. Under the direction of multiple Grammy-nominated artist and Co-chair of Lamont Jazz Studies Steve Wiest, the LJO is our premier large jazz ensemble. Made up of five saxes, four trombones, four trumpets, piano, bass, guitar and drums, The LJO performs original music by students and faculty as well as the standard canon of modern jazz literature: Count Basie, Thad Jones, Duke Ellington, Bob Brookmeyer, Maria Schneider, John Clayton, Darcy James Argue, Ted Nash, Bob Mintzer, Bill Holman and many, many others.

Tickets:

$10 early bird pricing, $15 week of event, if not sold out; Children 2 and under sitting on parent's lap are free. Military/Senior (65+)/Child (12 under): $7 early bird pricing, $10 week of event, if not sold out.

  • January 25: Ballet Ariel
    Talented students will perform a variety of dances from classical ballets. Denver’s Ballet Ariel Company and School is building excitement about ballet, with beautiful original ballets.

  • February 8: Denver & District Pipe Band with Irish and Highland Dancers
    The sounds of the bagpipes will fill the chapel while both Irish and Highland Dancers perform on stage. The Denver and District Pipe Band is a community based group of bagpipers, drummers and dancers from throughout the front range of Colorado. The band has grown to include successful grade 3 and grade 4 competition units and accomplished Irish and Highland dance corps.

  • February 22: Opera Colorado
    Opera Colorado will perform Cinderella. Inspired by the traditional fairytale, Rossini’s Cinderella has a bit of a twist. The story follows a
    young woman forced to act as a servant to her wicked stepfather and two stepsisters. Meanwhile, it is announced that Prince Ramiro is looking to marry and will travel from house to house seeking his beautiful bride. Immediately taken by Cinderella, he falls in love with her and eventually must use her bracelet to find his way back to her.
