District Delegates are elected by homeowners in their district for two-year terms. Currently, there are 92 districts in Highlands Ranch.

The District Delegates are responsible for making recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding recreation policy and expenditures.

Meeting Time: Third Tuesday of each month, 6:30 p.m.*
Meeting Location: Recreation Center at Eastridge, Gordon Von Stroh Community Room

*The Board of Directors meet at the conclusion of the 6:30 p.m. Delegate meeting.
