Virtual Mixology: Peach Street Distillers

Prepare to be mixed, muddled, shaken and stirred while you learn the art of making cocktails with HRCA and Davidsons Beer, Wine & Spirits virtually. Learn to mix, stir, and swizzle with the pro from Peach Street Distillers as you create craft cocktails meant to impress!

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Jigger or measuring cups
  • ice

Recipes:

Last Word (fizz):

  • 3/4 oz Jackelope and Jenny Pear Gin by Peach Street
  • 3/4 oz St Germain or Maraschino Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Dash of bitters

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to combine. Strain into a pint glass over ice.

La Jenny:

  • 1.5 oz. Pear Gin
  • Grapefruit La Croix
  • Squeezed Lemon
  • Lemon Zest

Add pear gin to glass and top with Grapfruit La Croiz. Top with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and garnish with a lemon zest.
