The HRCA offers rink times November through March with public skating times, kinder hockey, and learn to skate programs.
The Ice Rink provides the versatility to offer ice skating without the ice with approximately a 75% glide factor vs. real ice. The panels are a specifically developed plastic polymer. This provides an excellent skating surface for beginners and hours of family entertainment. It costs very little to maintain this rink.

Skating Safety Rules
• Safe skaters on the ice only – no pushing, racing, tag, or reckless skating
• Only ice skates are allowed on the ice
• No food or drinks on the ice
• The Ice Rink is a smoke-free zone
• Don’t leave your personal items unattended
• Skates are sharp – watch out for edges
• Remember you are skating at your own risk, so be safe and careful!
