Additional Services

Personalized Equipment Orientation    $40 per person
One hour review with a Personal Trainer of all weight and cardiovascular machines at facility of your choice. Great opportunity to find proper seat setting, starting resistance, and correct body placement for all equipment.

HRCA TrueMetabolism Testing
Accurately identifies your ideal daily caloric intake and optimal exercise intensity. This test is ideal for those looking to lose weight, or increase athletic performance. Pricing includes reusable mask.

Resting Metabolic Test - $165
Re-test Fee - $50*

Exercise Metabolic Test - $95
Re-test Fee - $67*

Resting & Exercise Package - $225
Re-test Fee - $84*

*Valid for 90 days from initial screen date.

Small Group Personal Training

Small Group Personal Training Classes

Small Group Personal Training allows members and guests to work economically with a Personal Trainer while gaining knowledge of the weight room. Classes meet one time a week for four weeks.

Eastridge Women's Small Group PT
Strength training group fitness style with boot camp style workouts around the track and weightlifting in the weight room. Also included is cardio blasts between strength training sets.
Thursday's 4:30 - 5:45 p.m.

Westridge Small Group PT
Tuesday's or Thursday's 5:45 - 7:00 p.m.

Southridge Women's Advanced Small Group PT
Wednesday's 7:00 - 8:15 p.m.

Advanced registration and a signed fitness waiver are required. For more information, please contact the Fitness Coordinator at vkuhns@hrcaonline.org or 303-471-7048. All Small Group Personal Training Classes will meet at the Equipment Desk at respective facilities.

Classes must meet a minimum of 4 participants three days prior to new session.
