2013 Fitness Programs

HRCA Fitness programs help motivate and encourage people of all ages and abilities to start and stay active!

Fitness programs include: Drop-In Fitness Classes, Personal Training, Senior Fitness, Specialty Fitness Classes, Wellness Services, and Fitness Events.

Upcoming Class Cancelations

9:00a Aqua Zumba (Mon 5/6) and Aqua Fitness (Wed 5/8 and Friday 5/10) at Southridge will be CANCELED.

Due to annual maintenance week, all fitness classes held at Southridge only will be canceled for the week of May 13th – 18th.
