FREE: Active Older Adult Exercise and Equipment Orientation and Introduction to Personal Training (ages 55 and up) or Intro to Personal Training/Equipment Orientation (all ages)
By introducing seniors to personal training, these tours and demonstrations provide a lesson in proper equipment use and a discussion of procedures for safer, more effective workouts. Advanced registration and a signed fitness waiver is required.
Active Older Adult VIP (ages 55 and up)
Small group personal training taught by a certified personal trainer. Classes focus on strength and flexibility. Advanced registration and a signed fitness waiver is required.
Personal Training for Seniors (ages 55 and up)
Exercise programs designed to meet your personal needs for joint mobility, range of motion, and overall fitness. Programs include cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and weight management work. The cost for these 40 minute classes is $40.
