Direct Debit

In order to participate in the direct debit program, your assessment account cannot have a credit or a balance due. The "Authorization Form" will not be accepted if any changes are made by the applicant. All forms with any alterations will be returned for re-submittal, no exceptions.

The quarterly assessment payment will be deducted from your account on the following dates each year:

  • January 8
  • April 9
  • July 9
  • October 8

Depending on which quarter you would like to start the direct debit program, the Direct Debit Authorization Form must be returned to the Assessment Office by the following dates:

  • December 31 for 1st Quarter 2010
  • April 2 for 2nd Quarter 2010
  • June 2 for 3rd Quarter 2010
  • October 1 for 4th Quarter 2010

Forms may be submitted by placing them in the Assessment Drop Boxes at any of the four recreation centers or mail to: HRCA, Attn. Assessments, 9568 University Boulevard, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126.
