2013 Budgets
On November 20th, the Board of Directors of the Highlands Ranch Community Association, Inc. (HRCA) followed the recommendation of both the HRCA Finance Committee and Delegate body by unanimously adopting the 2013 HRCA Budget. The 2013 HRCA Budget will increase the annual Recreation Function assessment by $30.00 from $457.00 to $487.00 with an offsetting decrease of $30.00 in the Administrative Function assessment from $51.00 to $21.00. The increase in the Recreation Assessment was made to increase the Recreation Funds and to reduce the Administrative Fund surplus that was created by the transfer of the Backcountry.

The HRCA Draft Budget is prepared by staff and reviewed by the Finance Committee (a group of homeowner volunteers with expertise in finance and accounting). Following the Finance Committee's review, the Draft Budget is presented to the HRCA District Delegates for questions and review and finally to the Board of Directors for approval. Upon approval, the final budget will be posted below.
