Quebec–Lincoln–University Intersection Improvement Project

First phase construction on this project - removing and replacing concrete pavement panels - is estimated to begin in mid-October 2012 and conclude in December 2012. Future phases will add a north-bound, right-turn lane from Quebec Street to Lincoln Avenue and widen all legs of the intersection, providing additional lanes and bicycle lanes.
