The Recreation Centers at Westridge and Eastridge are closed on July 4, but their outdoor pools are open 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Northridge and Southridge close at 5:00.

Architectural Review Committee
Development Review Committee (DRC)
The Development Review Committee (DRC) is an advisory committee to the HRCA Board of Directors that reviews development plans in Highlands Ranch and areas adjacent to the community. Comments relating to the proposed development, with suggestions and recommendations, are submitted by the HRCA to Douglas County.

Finance Committee Meeting
Architectural Review Committee - ARC
The Architectural Committee is responsible for reviewing plans for exterior improvements being made to residential properties by homeowners. The Committee is also responsible for enforcing covenants outlined within the Community Declaration, by-laws, and supplemental declarations.
Delegate & Board Meetings
District Delegates are elected by homeowners in their district for two-year terms. Currently, there are 92 districts in Highlands Ranch.
